Accounting for COVID-19 in Social Impact Measurement

While we know you recognise it’s important to monitor the needs of people always, we appreciate that you would want to understand how to manage the impact of COVID-19, and isolate it from the impact measurement of your program performed in this time.

Simply put, if COVID-19 is negatively impacting people, how can we show it’s because of the situation and not because of a failing of their service.

The answer is a mix of storytelling and science.
