Georgina Camp
HEAD OF GROWTH & PARTNERSHIPS,
CO-FOUNDERFollowing a 10-year career across international law and the military, Georgina transitioned to Community Development to address social issues at their root cause. Having experienced both ends of the ‘problem solving’ spectrum, Georgina recognised wellbeing measurement holds the key to get all parts of the system working together to make progress on social issues. This realisation led to the development of social enterprise, Huber Social, and fostered a lifelong commitment to the integrity of how we measure social progress in terms of wellbeing.
Connecting with people is what makes Georgina thrive. In her current role as Growth and Partnerships lead, Georgina is focused on finding opportunities for where wellbeing measurement will add the most value and partnering with people taking action to see real change.
Georgina holds a Master of Development, Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Politics and International Relations). Georgina was recognised in the 2019 Australian Financial Review’s top 100 Women of Influence. Georgina is a co-convenor of the Wellbeing Economy Alliance Australia hub.
To nurture her own wellbeing, Georgie spends time outside of work gardening, cooking and adventuring with her family; sons Arthur and Edward, Husband Chris, and the golden child ‘Frankie’ the Labrador.

Nat Baigent
DELIVERY MANAGER
Nat is passionate about ensuring voices are authentically represented, especially those not often heard. Throughout her career as an account manager, project manager, delivery manager and teacher she has always taken a participatory approach that empowers individuals, teams and communities. Importantly, she uses her deep listening and problem-solving skills to help clients build social impact measurement systems that not only authentically represent the communities they impact, but in the process also build client capability and organisational effectiveness. She has deep and diverse experience across many cultures, languages and cohorts, including fieldwork internationally.
Previously a primary school teacher, she has analysed functions of behaviour, observed and problem-solved ceilings on human potential, and co-designed solutions for inclusive participation. At Huber, she is adept at understanding how each client works, both culturally and operationally; engaging diverse stakeholders to address problems collaboratively and co-create solutions; and facilitating workshops that generate commitment and action. She excels at establishing and improving measurement systems for broad programs or portfolios where data needs to be collected and analysed across multiple cohorts and over multiple time periods.
Nat believes in how valuable the story within the data can be. Her particular strength is understanding and articulating the story that is contained within the data in ways that are most authentic for the respondents, and relevant for the client’s context and objectives.
She thrives on being able to immerse herself in new environments and recognises the immense value in how her role allows her to work alongside communities, understanding and representing their unique perspectives.
