Maximise Social and Financial Value
To truly measure progress, we must measure social value as well as financial value. Without both, we may unwittingly increase one to the detriment of the other.
This is where Huber Social comes in.
Working across the private and social sector globally, Huber Social recognises the overall goal of all social impact is to put people in the best position to fulfil their potential and achieve Wellbeing. As an independent third party, Huber Social applies a universally applicable Wellbeing standard to determine the social value that an organisation has created and to identify how to maximise it.
Huber Social delivers Investment Funds a rigorous, independent and cost effective measurement system that enables fund managers and investors to:
Compare a score of social value
Across investees and the whole portfolio as one. So that investors and fund managers can make decisions to maximise social value alongside financial value.
Improve efficiency and sustainability
Achieve more impact for the same or less investment through data driven insights that enable resources to be directed to have the greatest impact, providing social and geopolitical insights for informed risk management and resilience.
Attract more funding

Measuring contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals and GIIN IRIS+ System Metrics
Adopting global standards and frameworks for the reporting of impact, Huber Social’s measurement system ensures funds meet the SDG Impact Standards, and aligns to the Global Impact Investment Network (GIIN) IRIS+ System.
The IRIS+ System utilizes the Impact Management Framework (IMP) to ensure all key elements of impact are measured and managed. These elements are organic to the Huber Social Wellbeing Measurement Process including WHO, WHAT, HOW MUCH and CONTRIBUTION.
