CREATING IMPACT

is a multi-year project that has brought together arts organisations, funders, and experts to co-design a shared impact framework for the Community Arts and Cultural Development sector.

As part of this project, partner organisations - including the one where you experienced an artwork recently - are seeking to measure the impact of their programs on participants, but also on audiences.

Audience Surveys

Your responses to the questions you’re asked today will be used to understand the impact of the artwork you’ve experienced as well be combined with other audience responses from other artworks produced by other organisations to understand the impact of the Community Arts and Cultural Development sector as whole. By participating you are consenting to this use.

Your Privacy

All response to the audience survey are completely anonymous. No names or other personal details will be collected. Your individual responses will be not be used in any public reporting. If your open feedback responses are used, they will be anonymised, which means we’ll check to make sure you haven’t said anything that would identify you.

Who is Running the Survey?

The organisation who presented artwork you experienced have organised the specific survey you filled out, however a social impact measurement agency, with over a decade of experience in impact measurment, called Huber Social is supporting the overall CREATING IMPACT project and will be responsible for aggregating data from all partner organisations.

If You Have a Complaint

If you are unhappy about something in the survey you can contact the organisation who presented the artwork you experienced or you can email ethics@hubersocial.org.
