Whilst Covid forced many organisations to do things differently, it revealed what was possible.
Flexible working arrangements, necessary to keep us safe, enabled us to manage our own time, working to outcomes not hours. Businesses stayed productive and people had flexibility to attend to other aspects of their life to support their wellbeing, prompting many organisations (Microsoft, Basecamp, Perpetual Guardian and Unilever to name a few!) to consider flexible working as the new norm.
To support organisations to find what works for them, and develop Australian based evidence, we are conducting a social impact study into flexible working arrangements.
We are inviting organisations that are moving to, or trialling a reduced working week, to participate. As independent measurement experts, we will measure your employees' wellbeing, alongside business outcomes such as retention, absenteeism, profit margins and productivity.
Participation is free of charge and entitles your organisation to early access of the collective report, as well as results unique to your organisation.
