Experience

I am an experienced project manager, having worked predominately in small/medium sized enterprises across a variety of sectors including the arts, tech, manufacturing, wholesale and retail. As well as measuring impact I am currently a project manager at technology start up, VoxPop, delivering technology solutions that aim to support and strengthen public broadcasting globally.

It was during my 2+ years as the Partnerships Manager at the Waikato's premier pan-arts festival, the HGAF, that I became interested in the big questions of what not-for-profits were measuring and why, and how this could inform where limited resources should be directed to have the greatest impact. It started me thinking about just how we might measure what really matters.

With Huber I am looking forward to supporting organisations to better achieve their goals in the 'for purpose' sector, working with both established organisations and those new to the field.  I can see the benefit of using the framework across so many sectors, and am interested in indulging my love of variety within this role.

If you'd like to know more I offer free one hour consultations, please do connect via either LinkedIn or my email below.

What do you bring to the Huber ‘Hive’ Community?

I am bringing my caring, detail orientated and adventurous self to the hive.  I am at my best when doing purposeful work with awesome people. I love variety and new ideas, finding efficiencies, making spreadsheets, and getting things done.  When I am not at work you'll find me riding my bike with friends, spending time with my husband Dave and our two sparkly young humans and drinking tea.
